Most repairs come down to a blocked condensate line, a corroded connection, a failed motor, or a control board that has stopped talking to the head.

Why is water running down the wall under my indoor head?
Almost always a blocked condensate drain or a slipped drain line. The pan overflows and the water follows the wall. Shut that zone off so it stops producing condensate and call us to clear the line.
My mini-split head blows warm air but the outdoor unit runs. Why?
