How fast can you get to my house?
Often the same day, depending on where you are in Florida and how the schedule looks when you call. Tell us if the house has an infant, an older adult or anyone with a health condition and we will move you up the list. Calling is faster than the form.
Should I repair my AC or replace it?
It depends on the age of the equipment, the failed part and the condition of the coil and cabinet. A single capacitor on a well kept eight year old system is worth repairing. A corroded condenser with a leaking coil usually is not. We show you what we find.
Is there anything I can check before calling?
Yes, a few safe things. Check thermostat batteries and settings, look for a tripped breaker, change a dirty filter, clear leaves and clippings from around the outdoor unit, and confirm supply vents are open. Anything involving refrigerant, gas or high voltage wiring should wait for us.
Do you handle heating too, or only cooling?
Both. We do heater repair and furnace repair alongside air conditioner repair, including heat pumps that will not switch over and strip heat that runs when it should not. Florida heating seasons are short, which means faults often sit unnoticed until the first cold snap.
What if I smell gas in the house?
Leave the building immediately, take everyone with you, and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. Do not flip switches or use anything that sparks. Once the utility has made the property safe, call us and we will handle the heating side of the repair.
